| English term or phrase: building on the run | You want to expand into other geographic locations, but it only makes sense if you can getestablished. If you do it from cold, from a standing start, it's arduous, it's expensive, it's thankless.
You need to identify who's already got the market and the respect of the clients you want. What if they introduced you, you could come out, and they could hold an open house for you, andin one incredible weekend, you make the acquaintance of two hundred people, and then you'd startwith twenty of them who have jobs for you, and you'd be building on the run.
You have got to spend time finding who already owns the market and has the respect. May-be some incredible real estate person...or some incredible restaurateur. |
