Mentionez aceasta deoarece "effort rate" este folosit din ce in ce mai rar, nefiind ... politically correct, si este inlocuit de cel din urma, chiar daca cel din urma inseamna un pic altceva, deoarece se iau in calcul orice tip de datorii ce implica rate lunare (masini, carti de credit, carduri de magazin, etc.).
