Reiese si din textul de tradus ca "purchaser" care este si beneficiarul va face aceasta si chgiar este responsabil.
Odata ce echipamentele au fost instalate beneficiarul, nu constructorul sau antreprenorul, are obligatia de a le supraveghea si de a avea grija de ele pina la testul final pentru ca sunt pe teritoriul sau sint ale sale chiar daca nu au fost pornite !!
