Cred că în acest caz, sintagma poate fi tradusă prin: "apel conferinţă prin punte".

PSTN, avand capacitatea de a combina orice variante (posibilitati) de teleconferinte sau retransmisie
a apelurilor de la telefoane IP catre telefoane PSTN si invers. Aceasta capacitate de retransmisie
extinde foarte mult optiunile utilizatorului deoarece QUADRO actioneaza ca o punte intre oricare
telefon din reteaua PSTN locala si oricare telefon dintr-o retea PSTN indepartata.

Asker: termenul de conference call este tradus ca si apel conferinta.. ceea ce caut eu e raspunsul la dilema: cu ce schimba situatia termenul "bridge" din mijlocul sintagmei.. in acest caz despre ce fel de apel conferinta mai este vorba? mersi!
