Explanation:
O încercare. Nu am găsit nimic care să ajute la discernerea unei variante precise. De aceea, cred că este vorba despre taxa prin care se plăteşte serviciul de comunicaţii cu turnul de control. Deci o parte din costul operării pe un anumit aeroport sau o parte din componenţa taxei de aterizare. Operatorul aeroportului şi operatorul turnului de control presupun că sunt entităţi diferite, astfel că taxa de aterizare îi revine aeroportului, iar taxa pe care am încercat să o denumesc îi revine operatorului ATC.
