agree  Katya Gubernskaya: судя по попад. объяснениям это добавление того, что ранее было вычтено - т.е. "удержание" возможно

disagree  Svetlana Chekunova: deduction не "изъятие", а вычет. Add-back - противоположное. т.е. *возврат* того, что вычли для целей налогообложения. А удержание (например, из зарплаты) это уплата (налога)
