Поскольку речь, как я понимаю, идет об одном из сегментов сферы услуг (a service sector), то, имхо, термин "производительность труда" здесь вполне оправдан. Он ведь относится не только к сфере материального производства, означая долю выпущенной продукции или произведенных услуг, приходящихся на единицу затрат труда. |
