По правилу reverse charge налоговые обязанности поставщика при поставках товаров и предоставлении услуг (в части НДС) переходят на получателя. За поставки товаров (работ, услуг) поставщик выставляет счет без НДС, а получатель рассчитывает и декларирует налог за поставку. Одновременно за получателем закреплено право на вычет того же налога в том же налоговом периоде. В результате выводится нулевое сальдо.
