МСФО (IAS) 1 «Представление финансовой отчетности»
Во второй половине 2007 года Совет по МСФО выпустил новую редакцию МСФО (IAS) 1 «Представление финансовой отчетности», которая несколько изменила наименования самих отчетов и их содержание. Эта редакция стандарта вступила в силу с 1 января 2009 года. В основном изменения касаются баланса и отчета о прибылях и убытках.

Баланс — отчет о финансовой позиции
Итак, с 1 января 2009 года баланс называется отчетом о финансовой позиции (A Statement of financial position as at the end of the period), и статья баланса «Доля меньшинства» (Minority interest) должна именоваться по-новому: «Доля неконтролирующих акционеров» (Non-controlling interest). Это на самом деле единственные изменения по данной форме отчетности.
