Explanation:
Several bars have recently instituted "bottle service" whereby a group of patrons, many times under a "VIP" banner, are offered preferential tables complete with full bottles of wine or liquor. The patrons can then serve each other as little or as much as they like, completely out of the watchful eye of a responsible bartender or server staff.

As far as I know there is no special expression for it, but it may be translated as ...с VIP-сервисом спиртного в бутылках

Explanation:
Bottle service means you call ahead to reserve a table and a bottle of liquor or champagne. The bottle usually costs around $200-$600, it will be the exact liquor that you requested, and it comes with a variety of mixes (OJ, Red Bull, Coke, juices - those are free). This also comes with excellent VIP service and is often in a special area of the establishment. The bottle of alcohol is left at your table and you can keep pouring for yourself/friends and mixing as you please or you may get a 'dedicated' VIP waitress to mix for you.
This is done instead of always having to order from a waitress, drink-by-drink and then waiting for her to get back from the bar with your drink.
Since there is no Russian equivalent, some explanation might be necessary.
