"...the fountainhead and the energy behind the passion of the Korean people..."
Мне не особенно нравится переводить "passion" как "стасть", если речь не идет о народе, известному своими страстьями. Что было бы лучшим словом?
"Увлечение"? "Рвение"? Или даже "пламенность"?

Explanation:
вообще без более широкого контекста, как без рук, но, если речь идет об их стиле работы, то можно сказать: "огонек, с которым работают корейцы", а если, вообще в жизни, то наверное это "горячее сердце", "горячность". Но "горячность" мне нравится меньше. Кстати Ваш вариант "рвение" тоже очень неплохой. Удачи в хорошем выборе!
