Given the obligation to produce written consent when a formal order is made for advertising space, failure to produce such consent may result in the order being suspended, the Client will in all circumstances, carry full responsibility and protect the company from any liability (except in the case of direct or serious deeds by the latter), requests or expectatons, also of damages that may have been caused to the same. This limit of responsibility is extended to include public authorities, with the guarantee of the legality, also administrative, of the messages, and therefore with the acceptance by the Client of all possible responsibility.
