Мечтать, конечно, не вредно. Но оказывается, что эта мечта может осуществиться в действительности, причем даже не в отдельно взятые промежутки времени, когда фирма, ценой напряжения всех сил идет «на прорыв», а как обычный стиль жизни организации. И именно это состояние у наших западных коллег называется трудно переводимым словом «empowerment», которое используется в достаточно широком диапазоне смыслов: от простого «делегирования», «передачи полномочий» до «воодушевления», «придания мощи», т. е. усиления потенциала действующей организации за счет максимальной мобилизации ресурсов ее сотрудников
