Хотелось бы больше контекста, но идея заключается в том, что в каждой штатной процедуре обязательно есть ссылка на ее отдельные части, специально о том, что делать, если с данного момента ситуация превратится в нештатную - нарушится алгоритм, не пройдет команда, откажет автоматический режим и т.д.
Drill здесь - это обязательная, вy the book, "реакция" пилота на аномалии, все это для них прописано и на борту тоже имеется. Смысл Drill - "тревога".
