In the event the Delivery Time is delayed beyond February 27, 2019, and provided the delay is not due to a WCR, a delay caused by Buyer or an Excusable Delay, Gulfstream will credit Buyer at the Delivery Time per diem interest at the Prime Rate on deposits received by Gulfstream from Buyer from February 28, 2019 until the actual Delivery Time. If Buyer is offered and accepts a move up opportunity pursuant to this Agreement, the delivery delay penalty shall apply only to the extent that Gulfstream fails to deliver the Aircraft by February 27, 2019. |
