Кто ж знал, что тут про изменение маршрута полета.
В именно Вашем случае тогда это "Решение на продолжение полета до аэродрома назначения"

Asker: Но в тексте не говорится об УВД, здесь речь дет о действиях Командира- то есть он должен принять решение- лететь на запасный аэродром или продолжать полет в аэродром назначения. Раздел по регулированию запаса топлива
