I browsed the www for the "burn-it-down" thing but as far as I have found out it's a name of a music band and the "band" in the acronymfinder stands for a musical group.

Alex Volovodenko: вот, наконец-то!!! я был на 95% уверен, что это что-то для композитов... есть еще что-то под названием UND - может поможет в поисках... "[какая-то] стеклотканевая лента"?? ADD: кажецца мне, это "биаксиальная стеклоткань"

-> Спасибо, Алекс! У меня прям спортивный азарт к этому вопросу прорезался:) А что до UND - то это явно "UNiDirectional fiberglass" - однонаправленное стекловолокно. Кажись, нашли:)) "Биаксиальная" - похоже. Ссылки имеются
