agree  Igor_2006: я бы предпочел "условно-патогенные"// Их по разному называют, и варианты "non-pathogens" именно в отношении условно-патогенной флоры я встречал не раз. Другое дело, что именно здесь может контекст не соответствовать, но я его не видел.
