The control will operate in the Gate Position Control mode when the generator breaker is closed and the Power Control mode has been disabled (by operator or MW feedback signal failure). In this mode, the operator can adjust the “Gate Position Setpoint” with the OCP control switches or the HMI. Gate position adjustments are converted to a “Droop Speed Setpoint”. This ensures that the governor will continue to control frequency (speed), plus it allows the unit to be paralleled with other units and still remain stable. The droop value , the droop speed setpoint, and the unit’s speed, together, determine how far the wicket gates move or how much load the unit picks up. If at any time the OCP control switch contacts and the HMI RAISE/LOWER commands are conflicting, the LOWER contact or command has the highest priority, and the setpoint will decrease.
Nataly Palamarets: 1:30pm Oct 11, 2005: ИМХО здесь протиповопоставляется управление с помощью переключателей и управление через машинный (т.е. компьтерный) интерфейс путем ввода команд через терминал. Т.е. нужно отказаться от дословного перевода и переводить по смыслу. Примерно так: -

На щите управления энергоблока все функции, заведенные в АСУ ТП, ВСЕГДА дублируются -
