Старая уже тема, избитая - верить или нет, и какой вариант Аскеру выбрать, и т.д. и т.п. Если дело в обоснованности предложенного варианта, то вот статья из глоссария по корпоративным финансам, где дается определение данеой

Explanation:
Это развернутый, так сказать, ответ. Кстати, officer - зачастую вовсе не руководитель, а просто сотрудник, напр. corporate accounts officer - сотрудник бухгалтерии, ведущий счета корпоративных клиентов. Естественно, он никакой не руководитель, просто бухгалтер. Кроме того, к этой категории должностных лиц относятся работники, имеющие право принимать решения на своем уровне, внутри своего отдела.
