Concerning "courtesy copy" (which is the same as "cc" as I know) it is a field located under the "To" field of the email window. When you put someone in CC list, the ones in TO list can see that a copy was sent to some others too. There is also a BCC field under CC. When you put someone here no one of the receivers can see that a secret copy of the letter was sent to the person in BCC list. Hope that was helpful. |
