There is no such word as farminor, it should read <farmor>
Notwithstanding the Farminee entering into the farmin agreement referred to in clause 3, if the Farminee has not raised a minimum of $9,000,000 by 31 October 2001 or such later date as the Farmor may agree then this MOU or any formal agreement entered into pursuant to clause 3,
