Не придумала ничего лучше, чем "права на предоставление гостиничных услуг" или "права на пользование гостиничными услугами", хотя не понятно, зачем команде таковые права. Правда в другом месте в контракте упоминаются "hospitality passes" в Paddock Club (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_russian/business_commer... может быть, hospitality rights как-то связаны с допуском в супер-мега-VIP Paddock Club?
Commercial Rights means any and all rights of a commercial nature connected with the Team whatsoever, and which the Team owns in relation to its own business and activities, including broadcasting rights, so-called new media rights, interactive games rights, sponsorship rights (including the Team Partner Rights), merchandising and licensing rights, publishing rights, website rights, advertising rights, hospitality rights, betting and gaming rights, data rights, image rights to the Team and/or the Drivers, and the goodwill and all other intellectual property rights connected with the Team, but excluding those rights owned and/or controlled by FIA, the Commercial Rights Holder, FOM or any other similar motorsport governing body in relation to the Championship.
