вы мне можете объяснить - зачем тут by or in ? в чем разница между "by" и "in" ? IMHO вполне можно было написать либо так либо так *НО ИМ ЖЕ ЗАЧЕМ-ТО ПОНАДОБИЛОСЬ ПИСАТЬ И ТО И ДРУГОЕ* - что они хотели этим сказать ?
