Just quessing. I believe, here heavy snowballs (several kilos or dozens of kilos) are verbally thrown at high speed at the tested construction.

Asker: Andrei, thanks a lot for your 5 kopecks) we figured that it's different from snow download test, which is the one that is used to determine whether the panel would withstand the accumulated weight of the snow. THis snow ball Impact test (and we found a "25kg" prefix to it) is probably the one to measure impact resistance when subject to those snowballs falling on to the panels.
