English term or phrase: Title Block document

Here's the deal. "CONTRACTOR_NAME"'s Document Processing and Communications procedure gives the follow definition:
Title Block (TB) Document: It is a document used by the "CONTRACTOR_NAME" for construction* purposes,
liable to be revised and registered in "EMPLOYER_NAME" DCC configuration management database
procedure.

TB documents include quality system documents and additionally the followings:

- Project management deliverables like mails, minutes of meeting, memos,
- Design progress report and all detailed deliverables,
- Construction Organisation Plan, Work Execution Packages

As far as I understand, it's a "Документ с основной надписью", but it just doesn't seem 100% right to me..
Ideas appreciated as always.

*I believe this one here means "строительство or проектирование", not composing/preparing docs (i.e. составление).

штамп ставится не только на чертежах, Oll Korrekt. Cancelling? -"For Site Use" e.g. is not cancelling. GOST cannot define title block or anything else in English, or can it?

Asker: thanks, but here's the thing. ГОСТ doesn't define title block as "штамп" - it exclusively defines "штамп" when referring to cancelling/etc. drawings. In my example, TB docs are not only drawings, by the way..
