this is from www.wida.us which is a non-profit that creates and implements state-to-state standards and assessments for children of immigrants to implement the no-child-left-behind act (educational reform that helps all children get education even if they don't speak English very well). Given the issues in the US, this is mostly for hispanic children, so no Russian equivalents yet exist that I have been able to find.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! |
