Apparently, there is Timken University (http://www.timken.com/en-us/careers/experiencedHires/Pages/Y... And the fellow must have established a good deal of endowments, as per the references below. Only you can determine from the context which meaning fits. In case you are not familiar with the system, a Timken chair in a university means that the professor's salary will be paid not by the university but by the endowment established either by Mr. Timken or, more likely, by a foundation set up in his name.

I should have looked closer - I found the INSEAD. I only had a cursory look, but it appears that INSEAD is some kind of an educational alliance (in Southeast Asia?) set up in collaboriation with the University of Pennsylvania. So apparently, Dr. Doz is indeed occupying the Timken Chair there. I bump my confidence level up to four now :).
