mho - это ohm наоборот, т.е. проводимость
У нас это называется реле сопротивления - эта функция реле защиты позволяет определить расстояние до места поверждения. А компенсация, имхо, по нагрузке
Т.е. они как-то встроили компенсацию влияния нагрузки в сами элементы измерения проводимости линии, вроде так
