упоры Explanation: удерживающие -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 10 mins (2007-03-13 08:31:04 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- The operation principle is that one of the wedge, the tools of circular shape with particular profile, acts progressively, separating the two parts of the dies becoming part in the quarry of present connection on the same die. The control system with plc and quarry vision manage the movements and correct position of the die. The unlocking groups are synchronized, and when they are in contact with the body die, progressively begin to push in radial sense in to the quarry; the tools are controlled in rotation (by a motor) in order to facilitate and to conform quarrying of the delicate dies. The phase of discharge of two parts of the dies is realized in two times in automatic. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 11 mins (2007-03-13 08:31:56 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Micro Technica Technologies GmbH, a German company specialising in "die polishing", has developed a machine with which hollow-chamber extrusion dies can be disassembled quickly, carefully and reliably -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 12 mins (2007-03-13 08:33:17 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- To effect the splitting operation, the die is gripped at opposite ends by customised hydraulic chucks. Three radial wedges automatically penetrate die/mandrel interface and cause separation at the location register. If required, an additional axial force can be employed. |
