А как можно проводить инструктаж или тренинг во время работ? А по конкретному тренингу - его планировалось проводить на предприятии, продолжительность - порядка 2 часов.
Если иметь ввиду перевод термина как такового для глоссария, то я согласен с тем, что следует указать на прекращение работ. Что-то типа: "тренинг-инструктаж с отрывом от производства".
По контексту же видно, что за тренинг. И ответ всегда дается в определенном контексте. И как Вы тогда переведете "Stand Down Agenda"? "План прекращения работ"? А "Stand Down for Radiation Safety" - "Прекращение работ в целях обеспечения радиационной безопасности"?
Называется “он зе джоб трейнинг“. Берут ребят по группам или даже по сменам вне рабрасписания, и .... их по девятой усиленной по безобасности!
А что, там, “трейнинг“ или “инструктаж“ или “курсы“ – это неважно. Здесь важно ударение на то, что все регулярные работы приостанавливаются для энтого ихнего инструктажА.
Я сменил "инструктаж" на "тренинг" в ходе обсуждения с Владимиром, и Владимир в конечном счете выбрал "тренинг", но почему-то в глоссарий попал "инструктаж".
Конечно, они там не только чай пьют и (по Игорю) занимаются благотворительной деятельностью. Но теряется очень важный ньюанс: все регулярные работы прекращаются. Этот ньюанс очевидно настолько важен, что его выносят в заголовок. А то написали бы трейнинг и вся любовь.
Это оказалось учебным курсом или тренингом. Предполагалось, что участники будут осуществлять дозиметрический контроль, заполнять сопроводительные документы и этикетки на контейнеры (теоретические + практические занятия).

Вариант с инструктажем по-моему тоже не того... ну это дело и проблема аскера.

You can't just dismiss it by your "instruktazh". "Instruktazh" can be, and frequently is, conducted WITHOUT any safety stand down at all. The whole emphasis is not on the training session but on the stand down.

Explanation: А если уж ближе к оригиналу, то "снизить уровень обеспокоенности вопросами радиационной б.", "снизить уровень тревожности по поводу...", т.е. принять меры, чтобы все вот так было. Это же заголовок!
