The proceeds under the Sub-Grant shall solely be utilized for the financing of goods, works and services required for the purposes of the Project as described in Annex 1 (hereinafter the “Acquired Assets”).

a05: 3:46pm Sep 20, 2006: если не сильно углубляться, активы/ценности/имущество существуют "материально", имеют стоимость, по которой стоят на учете, и могут быть застрахованы от пожара и хищения. А услуги? Их стоимость войдет в стоимость имущества (например, перевозка).
