Опа! Я сначала поняла, что это было "estimated cost". Но это может быть и "estimated ratio". Контекст должен все решить.

Asker: спасибо, т.е. расчетное отношение затрат к доходу или оценка отношения затрат к доходу? estimated относится самому отношению cost к income, так?
