Prior to 1962 the first hand sales prices were decided by agreements between vessel owners and buyers. The buyers were mostly fish plant owners. This arrangement was problematic for both parts and opened for many disputes. In 1962 a committee was established, which object was to set the minimum ex-vessel prices for fish in Iceland (The Fishing Industry Price Determination Board, FIPDB). FIPDB constitutes of two members from fishermen and boat owners, two members from the fishing industry and one member appointed by the government. FIPDB set the minimum prices for fish in Iceland for almost three decades. The minimum prices in this period were the actual prices, basically because lack of competition among the buyers (Arnason, 1995).

Что касается farming - это "искуственное рыборазведение" или "рыбоводство", т.е. речь идет о "продукции рыболовства и рыбоводства". Может быть дать приписку в скобках: ("в ценах производителей")? Еще раз спасибо!
