This table contains the specification for each rig. This specification is directed to delivering exceptional moving, drilling and safety performance. KPO is expecting all three firm (and option rigs) to meet this specification.

Although KPO does not anticipate that existing rigs or upgrading rigs shall be able to comply fully with this specification, this does not exclude potential rig options that may serve to provide an alternative or part solution to the total Phase III requirement.

Existing or alternative rigs should be offered only if the Tenderer can demonstrate that the rig is technically capable of drilling the wells contained in The Scope of Work on the basis that either:
a) the rig is available on a firm schedule basis,
b) the existing rig or rigs are a part or whole solution to the full rig requirement
c) where performance objectives are not demonstrably or significantly reduced.
