First of all we want to state that this ***possible*** and regrettable incident is treated very seriously.

Как-то не вяжется у меня этот possible с административным языком. Перечитываю сейчас свой перевод и спотыкаюсь на нём.

Поскольку факт нарушения установлен соответствующими органами, то этот possible со стороны производителя кажется отмазкой.

ИМХО нужно менять форму преложения, иначе это possible не втиснуть.
