Аналогия с "instant coffee". Его используют в спортивном питании. Думаю, что задача получить нестойкий протеин для добавления в продукты питания и производства пищевых смесей, который легко усваивается. "Instant" относится именно к "нестокойкости" и "быстрой распадаемости".
А вы как думаете, что означает "Instant" в этом термине?

Asker: спасибо за ответ. только прочитайте полностью то определение, что вы дали - это не пептид, не прошедший процессинг, а пептид (полинуклеотид или олигонуклеотид), содержащий в последовательности искусственную аминокислоту. А вот есть ли какое то научное название такого пептида?
Asker: усваяемый кем? он продуцируется вектором в клетке и там и остается, выполняя определенные функции (в моем случае). Скорее всего на русском это "искусственный полипептид", так как сконструирован под нужды человека, пусть даже и из исходно природного белка.
Asker: мне кажется что слово "instant" используется в более широком смысле как "полуфабрикатный", т.е. искусственный или фактически готовый к применению. Но полуфобрикатным назвать пептид у меня рука не поднимается.
Asker: хотя в том что instant используется по аналогии с instant coffee я с Вами согласен.
