  -> я посмотрела на русских поисковых - везде "Сент", если уж совсем правильно переводить то должно быть "Сейнт"

Я такой город не нашел. Но Эквадор страна испаноязычная. Следовательно Pete - это однозначно Пете. Cокращение St. может указывать на испанское San. Cравните город Сан Себастьян.

Тут, впрчоем, Вам виднее. St на всякий случай можно оставить как Ст. Но вот испанское Pete в русском варианте должно быть ПЕТЕ.

Но по St- это самый крайний вариант. Это вряд ли San. Разве что название немного искажено. Это St. может указыватьна что угодно. Не найдя такого города, я бы решился оставить его именно в таком виде Ст.
