Самое непосредственное. Песчаный пласт-коллектор как раз и обладает высокой водопроницаемостью и может быть достаточно водонасыщенным.

По большому счёту, "думать" трудно, не располагаю контекстом. Но всё же могу предположить, что обозначения с М (М1 etc.) имеют отношение к моделям. YO (скорее всего, здесь это, повторсь, жёлтые окисленные пески, залежи жёлтого окисленного песчаника), в принципе, тоже можно рассматривать в качестве модели, хотя непосредственно в переводе YO это слово может и не фигурировать.
