Bus/Financial - Insurance / Pension Plans
English term or phrase: deductible excess, limit or exclusion
Из договора купли-продажи акций, раздел о пенсиях. Продавец заверяет, что никому ничего не должен, и сюрпризов не будет. В т.ч. и таких:

So far as the Warrantors are aware and subject to any applicable deductible excess, limit or exclusion, no Group Company has any unfunded or uninsured liabilities in respect of ill health and death benefits or medical plans made available by it to its Employees.

Russian translation:франшиза, лимит или исключение
Explanation:
Deductible and excess are the same thing - one is US, the other is British, meaning the amount an insured must pay before his insurance will pay anything. Sometimes you see it written as deductible/excess or deductible (excess).

Limit is the maximum amount that will be paid, whether on a particular claim or as an aggregate total of claims.

Exclusion is something not covered under the policy.

Someone will have to check how the Russian sounds, but this I believe is the meaning.

Should you be enrolled in more than one membership program insured by us, or any of our affiliates, we will reimburse you under each membership program:

a) subject to the ****applicable deductibles and limits of liability**** of each insured membership program;
b) but in no event shall the total amount reimbursed to you under all membership programs exceed the actual amount of loss.
