Здравствуйте. Помогите перевести термин surplus note. В интернете еще встречается contingent surplus note (CSN). Контекст такой: Are there any outstanding debt instruments (ie: bonds, surplus notes, etc) issued by the company and carried as a part of capital and surplus or issued by its parent company, which must be serviced by the company?
