dacs04: Где в этой фразе "hull agreed value" упоминается полная стоимость фюзеляжа? Тут уж или стоимость фюзеляжа, или полная стоимость страховки. Вы слышали о случаях, когда разбитый самолет ремонтировали путем замены фюзеляжа? Я не слышал.

-> Царапина на фюзеляже глубиной 1 мм уже считается серьезным повреждением. Вот Вы не слышали, а я во время службы в ВВС своими руками ремонтировал фюзеляж. Кстати, у самолета крыло, а не крылья. Крылья у птицы.

Yuri Zhukov: Андрей, это, наверное, только в Швеции бывает одновременно и согласованная и оценочная стоимость. Во всем мире "согласованная стоимость" - это отдельное понятие. Если вы шлифовали царапины, это не значит, что вы знаете страхование.

-> Юрий, оценочная стоимость, как и любая другая, согласуется сторонами перед подписанием соглашения. Это предмет переговоров и не только в Швеции. Кстати, царапины на фюзеляже не шлифуют, а ставят заплаты.

Вот в этом фрагменте "in the event of a total loss of any aircraft insured hereunder" речь идет о потере всего самолета, а не только его фюзеляжа с сохранением крыльев, которые (якобы) можно навесить на другой фюзеляж.

Andrei Gitch: Full agreed value for the aircraft is surely higher, than Hull agreed value. Другими словами оцененная стоимость фюзеляжа меньше и во всяком случае не равна самолету с крылом, силовыми установками, и пр. Cтыдно писать о вещах, совершенно не знакомых.

-> То есть, если фюзеляж развалится, а крылья с моторами останутся целыми, то заплатят только за фюзеляж? На крыльях, ведь, еще можно летать, зачем же за них платить страховку? Даже в этом странном случае речь шла бы о full agreed value of the hull.

Reference information:
Coverage on an all risks basis whether the airplane is on the ground or in the air; also called hull aircraft insurance. Exclusions, although none are standard, include illegal use of an aircraft; using an aircraft for purposes other than that described in the policy; wear and tear; piloting the aircraft by someone not named in the policy; operating an aircraft outside stipulated geographical boundaries; and damage or destruction of an aircraft resulting from war, riots, strikes, and civil commotions, mechanical breakdown loss, structural failure loss, and conversion.

The hull value includes instruments, radios, autopilots, wings, engines, and other equipment attached to or carried on the plane as described in the policy.
