Леван: ИМХО, credit - здесь суммы по крЕдиту счета расчётов с покупателем; дебиторская задолженность; просто это бухгалтерская терминология, а для контракта лучше использовать что-то ближе к легилизу.
дебиторская задолженность = account receivable = receivables вообще, а receivables вообще = права требования. Вот такая простенька цепочка. :-))
