Коллеги, встретилось вот такое предложение, об которое споткнулся:

Disputes arising from or related to the present Contract are subject to resolution by the Court of Arbitration, according to ICC Moscow Russian state here regulations of the court of arbitration, institution of the court of arbitration (if applicable), number of arbitrators and place of the procedure.

Мой перевод:

Споры, возникающие из или в связи с настоящим Контрактом подлежат разрешению в арбитражном суде в соответствии с порядком, установленным Московским коммерческим арбитражным судом при ТПП РФ (???), ХХХ (если применимо), количеством судей и местом рассмотрения (???).

Пожалуйста, помогите с непонятностями.

А в контексте ничего не пропущено? Честно говоря, if applicable там не очень понятно. Или это форма какая-то стандартная? Типа начиная со state here - это инструкции по заполнению?

учреждение третейского суда


Explanation:
Я бы не стал использовать термин "арбитражный суд", так как в российском контексте он имеет совершенно иное значение (отдельная система судов), не совпадающее c термином "court of arbitration." Из контекста очевидно, что речь не может идти об обычном арбитражном суде: оговорка для того и сделана, чтобы исключить этот вариант разрешения споров.
