Ирина, under (или: on) the proviso that - выражение, весьма часто встречающееся в договорной документации. Впрочем, согласен, что в целом "дополнительный контекст" производит странное впечатление.
Например:
In case there are definite clues that by a modification or a reduction of the contract area (and - этот союз, как мне кажется, является лишним) an essential improvement in entering the market for some or all contractual Products is possible... (смысл понятен, но выбор слов автором для изложения собственных мыслей, имхо, оставляет желать :-))
the quarter after next - можно предположить, что имеется в виду квартал, следующий за кварталом, в котором внесено изменение. Тогда почему after next? |
