получается, что в том тексте, который вы привели дополнительно, о предоставлении финансовых услуг/финансирования речь не идет...

от себя могу сказать только, что этот пассаж тогда трактовать не рискну. в таких случаях я стараюсь проконсультироваться с заказчиком, если есть такая возможность.

из контекста пункта и специфики работы компании я бы предположила, что речь идет о том, что VXL UK оставляет за собой право предоставлять свои услуги/объекты/... другим контрагентам, помимо РРМ.

но account в качестве прилагательного в таком значении мне никогда не встречалось. более того, если это слово является синонимом own, grammar-wise к чему тут слово access?.. какой доступ? куда? может быть, текст составлен неносителями?..

в общем, я тогда без версии.

3.1.3.1. Invoices issued by VXL UK must be paid by PPM LLC within thirty (30) days from Invoice date.

но нужно понимать, что именно предоставляет VXL UK, чтобы перевести точнее

в чем предмет договора? какие услуги предоставляет VXL UK? другими словами, как там подвязаны деньги/счет?
