Vitali Stanisheuski: 4:05pm Sep 9, 2005: Нашел "adjudicating authority" - орган, рассматривающий дела и выносящий решения в судебном порядке. Может по этой аналогии написать "комиссия по рассмотрению деал и вынесению решения", правда не знаю, речь об отдельной какой-то комиссии иили о той же самой panel of arbitrators
