| Grading comment После долгих раздумий, я все же решила в окончательном варианте перевода сказать "сотрудник отдела оказания помощи и информации". Для моего русского уха "оказания помощи" звучит несколько более приятно, чем "содействия", хотя, в принципе, оба ответа хороши.
