The Court Clerk or list caller hands the pink copy of the bail form or a specially developed form (where a result is not captured on the bail form e.g. non-attendance or sentence) to the Standing Together representative in Court.

В американском суде это bailiff (правда у него несколько больше уклон на обеспечение порядка в зале заседаний).

Вот пример из Англии (обратите внимание, что на этой же странице также упоминается и судебный клерк, что соответствует русскому секретарю суда):
Usher
The usher makes sure that the trial runs smoothly.
They make sure that all the witnesses are seated in the right places behind the lawyers and show the public where to sit.

When the magistrates are ready to enter the court, the usher asks everyone to stand. They do the same when the magistrates leave.

They escort the witnesses to and from the witness box where they are 'sworn in'.

neutral  Angela Greenfield: вообще-то это пристав (в первом вашем примере о розовой копии речь идет о двух разных людях: либо клерк суда, либо пристав может вручить этот документ).//Ольга, см. колонку дискуссии.

  -> Анжела, я и сама склонялась к варианту пристава поначалу, но в системе русских судов приставы настолько отличаются своими функциями от зап. коллег, что сложно себе представить пристава "информирующего судью обо всем" :)
