XXX (i) acknowledges the sale of its entire ownership interest in YYY in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and (ii)waives any and all residual or future rights and interests in such ownership interest (including those under the Foundation Agreement and YYY Charter) with effect from Completion.

словарь дает "остаточные права" и вроде есть такая правовая концепция.

Но может быть, по смыслу, "отказывается от любых существующих (продолжающих действовать) или будущих прав"?

ХХХ (i) подтверждает продажу всей принадлежащей ему доли (участия) в YYY в соответствии с условиями настоящего Договора и (ii) отказывается от любых и всех (либо: всех без исключения) имеющихся или будущих имущественных и иных прав в указанной доле (участия) (включая имущественные и прочие права, предусмотренные Учредительным договором и Уставом YYY) с даты Завершения сделки.

Как-нибудь так, имхо.

Residual rights are such rights that allow the stockholders to share the company's profits, as well as recover some of the assets of the company in the event that it folds, although they generally have the lowest priority in recovering their investment.

Explanation:
В США "residual rights" также можно перевести как "авторские права". Кроме того "future rights" будет переводиться как "ожидаемые права".
"Ожидаемое право" означает авторское право, которое возникнет или может возникнуть в отношении ожидаемого произведения или категории произведений, либо по свершении ожидаемых событий.

Скорее даже не просто авторские права, а вторичные или производные авторские права.

  -> Все зависит от контекста. "Право собственности" - широкое понятие и может распространяться на интеллектуальную собственность. В таком случае противоречия нет.
